What is the refund policy?

All tickets and merchandise are non-refundable. If you have any issues please reach out to us through the live chat feature on our site.

How do I track my merchandise order?

You can track all of your items through USPS. Some items will ship separately so please be aware that you may receive more than (1) tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number for a package, please contact us here: Click Me

What is the age requirement for your events?

Most of our events are 18+ but because we host events at various venues with different policies, some events will be 21+ only. Be aware that we always check IDs.

What should I bring to the event(s)?

Don’t forget your ticket, bestie crew, and your ID. You must have an ID in order to enter our events. Pro Tip: Bring a portable charger to keep your phone charged for all the flicks.

Where can I park?

Parking availability will vary by venue. For all parking related questions please contact the venue. We recommend you carpool with your besties whenever possible.

What time do the event(s) start?

All event start times and door openings will be listed through your point of purchase. Some ticketing tiers may offer early entry access so please check your ticket prior to your arrival.

Can I purchase merchandise at a show?

Yes, you can purchase merchandise at our events. Merchandise will vary for each event. Merchandise purchases must be made using a credit or debit card. We do not accept cash for merchandise purchases.

Can I Order Online and pick up Order at a show?

You may not pick up your order at a show. This was a limited time delivery option that has been discontinued.

Is the merch selection the same online and at events?

Our selection varies from online to in person merch. We have a variety of high quality, economical fan made merchandise.

How do I request a show in my city?

You can request a show in a city near you by Clicking Here. If your city gets requested multiple times, we will try to make it happen. Talk to your favorite venues and let them know you want us to come to your city!
